Members of Go Green Wilmette helped establish North Shore Green Women in 2013. Working with women from other north shore communities, we modeled this group after Chicago’s Women In Green (WIG) and the two groups are affiliated.
The purpose of the group is to provide opportunities where women working to make the world a greener place can meet to develop sustaining personal relationships and be inspired by each other. Women create connections and share ideas in an informal manner, enjoying old friends and meeting new ones.
