Styrofoam will be taken to Abt Electronics to be melted into a material that can be reused. Thanks to UMF/Perfect Clean Corporation for the use of their van for transporting the materials.
Remember:
  • Styrofoam is not collected in Wilmette’s curbside program
  • White Styrofoam only
  • No peanuts
  • No food containers

The Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County (SWANCC) and its member communities are offering a Holiday Light Recycling Program, free of charge, for all SWANCC area residents.
