Go Green Wilmette was thrilled to receive a Best Friend of Illinois Parks Award from the Illinois Association of Park Districts, recognizing our partnership with the Wilmette Park District. We joined Park District Staff and Board President Patrick Lahey at the Best of the Best gala dinner on October 24th to receive our award for a business or organization that goes “above and beyond” in supporting a public agency. We were honored to be among many agencies, groups and individual volunteers doing great work in Illinois!
