Wilmette native and life-long conservationist, educator, and biologist, Amy’s first career was wildife conservation from Lincoln Park Zoo to Africa. During early motherhood, she focused on safer alternatives to personal care and household products, which also included environmental health pertaining to toxins inside the home, like mold and air quality. Since 2018, Amy entered into the solar space. She is currently working as head of the engineering and permitting department for a local residential solar company.

Favorite way to Go Green: Turning off lights and admiring mature trees.
